The Buttery ATL is a warm and welcoming shop and online market creating and curating a series of collections from made-to-order, a bake shop, a butcher’s counter, a jammery, snacks and more. Our primary mission is to provide restaurant-quality food with an emphasis on local farmers and artisans, as well as seasonality in our menus and offerings.
We are known for our made-to-order items like chicken pot pie, New Orleans muffuletta, chicken salad, as well as our fresh-from-the-oven baguettes, pains au levain and English muffins. Our guests also love our selection of pastries and delectable desserts like birthday cake, Pearson pecan pie and chocolate chunk cookies. We are also known for our curated cheeses, meats and custom-made cheese and charcuterie boards. Our guests also look to us for special holiday offerings and menus, as well as our always hot and delicious dinner menu.
Our 12-foot-long laminator, or sheeter, is instrumental in the production of all of our doughs. Pie and tart dough, puff pastry, croissants, biscuits, cookies, pitas, etc. Without it, our model would not have the same variety and quantity of offerings.
We love our new Irinox Multifresh. It serves as a blast freezer and chiller, defroster, proofer, pasteurizer, and more. It cuts down our production time, so we can produce more product quicker, without sacrificing quality.
Secret of Success
Our commitment to and investment in quality put us ahead of the pack. From sourcing freshly milled spices to baking with locally sourced dairy and eggs, we care about what goes into our products. Our guests also rave about our hot dinners that change monthly, because they know they can have a delicious and wholesome meal every day of the week.
We are hoping to expand our sweet little shop in the future to allow for a larger capacity, as well as more incredibly delicious offerings for our guests.
