It began with a few offhanded discussions about the white space in media for the American pastry scene, and quickly morphed into a unified vision for a passionate group of professionals to build a multimedia platform to inspire, educate and connect the pastry community. Throughout 2018, the team worked with passion and precision to build the foundation for the platform, and in fall of that year, the first issue of Pastry Arts Magazine was released. In the beginning, the platform was defined by a single product and communication channel, the digital magazine. However, over the next few years, the team launched the Pastry Arts Podcast (2019), Pastry Arts Virtual Summit (2020), and Pastry Arts Shop (2021). Staying true to the mission and vision, Pastry Arts Magazine will continue to evolve over time.
To inspire, educate and connect the pastry community as an informational conduit spotlighting the trade and giving a voice to hardworking pastry professionals.
