Background
It began with discussions about the opportunity to better serve the global pastry and baking community, and quickly evolved into a unified vision for a passionate group of professionals to build a comprehensive platform that would inspire, educate and connect pastry & baking professionals and serious enthusiasts worldwide. Throughout 2018, the team worked with passion and precision to build the foundation for what would become the leading ecosystem in the industry. In fall of that year, the first issue of Pastry Arts Magazine was released as a quarterly digital publication. What started as a single premium content offering has grown into a complete ecosystem. Over the following years, the platform expanded with the Pastry Arts Podcast (2019), featuring intimate conversations with industry leaders; the Pastry Arts Virtual Summit (2020), which became the world's largest virtual conference for the industry; and the Pastry Arts Shop (2021), offering original designs created exclusively for the community. Today, Pastry Arts stands as the definitive ecosystem where pastry & baking professionals and serious enthusiasts connect, learn, and thrive. With on-going plans for expansion, the platform continues evolving to serve the entire spectrum of passionate creators, from dedicated home enthusiasts to industry leaders, staying true to the mission of inspiring, educating and connecting everyone passionate about pastry and baking.
