Celebrity Pastry Chef Chris Ford Celebrates the Month of Love and Chocolate

The Bespoke Chocolate Blend, LOVE, Makes Its Debut in the LOVE Collection for Valentine’s Day

Pastry Chef Chris Ford of ButterLove&Hardwork today announced the launch of his own custom chocolate line, aptly called LOVE. Created in the Paris-based Or Noir™ Laboratory made possible by Cacao Barry®, LOVE is a rich 66% all-purpose chocolate couverture that satisfies both dark and milk chocolate lovers alike with tasting notes of toasted cookies, brown sugar and aromatic cocoa. The handcrafted blend of chocolate is made from the outcomes of the session and uses cacao beans from Ghana and Ecuador.

“This is my love letter to chocolate,” says Ford. “As a professional chef, I’ve had access to the best chocolate in the world; I wanted to create something that would give the home chef that same access, while also introducing my peers to a unique blend that celebrates the very best parts of milk and dark chocolate.”
