This product produces a royal icing that is smooth, quick to dry and strong. The confetti-style Organic Sprinkles are vegan, kosher, and free of peanuts, tree nuts and gluten. They are wafer-thin, with just a hint of sweetness. The sprinkles are also colorfast – the plant-based colors from freeze-dried fruits and vegetables stay on the sprinkles and will not bleed into frostings, ice cream or glazes.
