Orly Gottesman was driven to develop a gluten-free baking product that didn’t compromise on taste because of her food-centric husband who was living with celiac disease.

Blends by Orly’s mission is to enable people on a gluten-free diet – or anyone looking to incorporate healthier foods into their life – to easily make any recipe without sacrificing taste, texture or quality.

Each blend is uniquely crafted for specific types of baked goods. London Blend is for cookies, blondies, scones, etc.; Manhattan Blend is for doughnuts, cinnamon buns, bread, etc.; Sydney Blend is for brownies, cupcakes, pies, etc., and Tuscany Blend is for bread, focaccia, pasta and more.

Blends by Orly can be used as a one to one replacement for wheat flour in any recipe, making healthier baking simple. The blends are made with the highest quality nutritious ingredients such as quinoa, sorghum, millet and brown rice. They are sugar- and additive-free, nut-free, corn-free, OU Kosher and Non GMO certified and vegan.
