Our primary mission is to make people happy. Whether it be a kind greeting from a barista, the excitement of tasting a new product from our constantly changing menu, or picking up one of our complimentary dog treats for a furry friend, we thrive on providing an outstanding customer experience to each and every one of our customers.
Our viennoiserie is the first thing to sell out every day. Our signature products are the Chocolate Croissant, Ham and Cheese Croissant and the Kouign Amann – all of which are the first to sell out every single morning. We always have a selection of specials that focus on local and seasonal product offerings.
Nothing allows us to speed up production efficiency and grow the business like teamwork. Whether it be polishing chocolate molds, shaping viennoiserie or peeling apples, bringing all of our employees together to accomplish a task is the most valuable thing we do to increase productivity without making any sacrifices to our products.
Our proof box is, hands down, a piece of equipment we cannot live without. It saves us the most time every day by eliminating hours of labor to be more efficient.
Our food offerings and interior design are a match made in heaven – together they make you feel like you are at home. We’re fortunate to have a very spacious and open facility. With our expansive menu and beautiful ambiance, customers tend to hang out for quite some time.
With so many requests to rent out our beautiful location, we are working hard to expand our catering options and bring private events into our space. From dessert-filled happy hours to chocolate tastings, we are very excited to host folks in our space. Many folks are looking beyond the ballroom for creative events, and we are eager to make that happen.
