Salon du Chocolat, the World’s Premier Chocolate Show, Expands to New York City

Over 100 of the Biggest Names in Cocoa & Pastry Invite Chocolate Lovers to Join Them for a Weekend-Long Celebration of Chocolate.

Salon du Chocolat, the world’s most prestigious chocolate festival created to indulge chocolate – and cocoa-lovers everywhere – is making its way to one of the globe’s culinary capitals, New York City.  Famously Parisian by origin, today the show is a globally renowned event with footprints across five continents—and after much anticipation, from November 15-17, 2019, Salon du Chocolat NY will premiere at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

The experiential event will be a unique and decadent opportunity for chocolate aficionados and enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy, explore and celebrate one of life’s most attainable luxuries, chocolate. The show will serve as a platform for over 100 brands, tastemakers, pastry chefs and master chocolate makers to showcase their newest recipes and offerings, educating consumers and industry leaders alike on chocolate trends from different countries and cultures.

Salon du Chocolat NY will mark the global event’s arrival to a 34th city since the first show in 1995. The celebration is an opportunity for tastemakers to celebrate each other’s work, as well as a time for the industry to propel the category forward together.
