Robin is a masters student in Journalism at DePaul University where she is studying to become a food journalist. Her areas of interest spans pastry, sustainability, plant-based foods, and food business. Robin is also a freelance writer for Technomic Inc and SoulPhoodie, and runs her website Food by the Bite where she reports on food business, food retail and sustainable news stories. When she isn’t writing about food or in classes, she is watching TV and enjoying Chicago, where she was born and raised.
